- GenC: aptitude + communication assessment — English fluency matters unusually much; many technical students fail the essay/speech section, not the math
- Elevate: adds 2 coding problems (easy-medium) + technical interview — the ₹2 LPA jump is worth the coding prep
- Interview: basics of your resume language + SQL + "explain your project" in clear English
Accenture (₹4.6–6.5 LPA)
- Cognitive + technical assessment: aptitude, pseudocode, common-sense networking/cloud MCQs
- Coding: 2 problems, patterns/arrays/strings level
- Communication assessment: automated speaking test (repeat sentences, describe images) — practice speaking answers aloud, the mic grades fluency and pace
- Interview: HR-ish technical — projects, one language, willingness to relocate
